CASH ROAD EXTENSION

Gradient Group, LLC was selected by the City of Stafford in partnership with Fort Bend County to design approximately 1,750 feet of Cash Road from its terminus at the west end of Freeport Southwest to Kirkwood Boulevard. The project consisted of three phases – planning, surveying and design services. Project services included topographic surveys and parcel maps, Cash Road/Kirkwood intersection improvements to develop turning lane and a new traffic signal, including left and right turn (Westbound Cash Road at Kirkwood and Kirkwood at Wright Road). The roadway consisted of the design a four-lane boulevard roadway across the Harrison tract and two lanes across the Stafford Crossing tract, as well as the design storm sewers to serve the Harrison tract section that will outfall into a detention basin to be constructed by the Harrison Interests and water and sewer extensions.
