Elyse Espadas, E.I.T., brings over 15 years of experience in leading infrastructure projects for the City of Houston and Harris County. As former Project Coordinator at the Harris County Engineering Department, she oversaw the design of 100+ projects, collaborating with various groups and serving as a public information officer. Elyse’s role also extended to disaster management, representing the department in critical tasks within the Office of Emergency Management. Her dedication to service and collaboration ensures projects benefit all stakeholders.
