T. Wayne Holcombe is a well-known and highly respected professional in the civil infrastructure industry. T. Wayne has a personal and passionate commitment to developing the infrastructure in Texas. With his background as a Transportation Planner, he has been particularly involved in efforts to improve transportation infrastructure on both the municipal and state levels. He has previously served as the North America Client Development Executive Director for an international engineering firm. Throughout his career he has been responsible for the overall client/business development strategy for several high-profile Transportation, Water, Buildings and Environmental projects across North America (United States and Canada).
