Robert “Linc” Wright, P.E., is experienced in traffic engineering, traffic signal systems, traffic control, traffic planning, and transportation planning, roadway and drainage design, water and wastewater design.  Experience includes computerized traffic management systems, traffic operations and maintenance, project management and preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates for large scale traffic signal systems, isolated signalized intersections, drainage and roadway design, water and wastewater design, traffic management systems, construction management and maintenance.  Background also includes ramp meter operation and maintenance, ITS Priority Corridor project management, maintenance of traffic management systems, and numerous traffic related studies including traffic warrant studies, traffic management plans, drainage studies, and weight limit studies.
