THE PROJECT.
Westchase Retail is a 13,350-square-foot, single-story retail development on a constrained 1.45-acre site along West Sam Houston Parkway South. The building includes restaurant, retail, bank, and dental uses.
With adjacent development on all sides, utility coordination drives the site strategy. Gradient Group coordinates with nearby property owners and the City of Houston to secure utility easements for new storm sewer and water line tie-ins. Due to limited surface area, underground detention isĀ integrated beneath the parking lot to meet stormwater requirements while preserving
buildable area.
