Gradient Group, LLC was selected by the City of Houston for the civil engineering design for the Sunnyside Multi-Service & Health Center, a single 2 story building of approximately 56,000 sf facility in Houston, Texas. The new facility will combine the community service oriented Multi-Service Center (MSC) programs and the Health Center (HC) programs into one facility. Multi-Service Centers manage various community programs including senior citizen and community resources. Similarly, Health Centers dispense health care, including disease prevention and care, dental care, nutritional care, family planning, immunizations, and Women – Infants – Children (WIC) nutrition programs. The building will be located on a 6.5 acre site, developed with a detention area, and other site amenities.
