NORTHSIDE HEALTH CENTER RENOVATIONS

Gradient Group, LLC led the civil design for the $3.2 M renovation project of the existing 32,531-SF Northside Health Center. The facility housed multiple public programs. The project had to be completed in phases or after normal business hours to maintain normal use of the facility. Gradient led the design effort in bringing the existing site into compliance with all current ADA compliance requirements. Additionally, the firm performed the necessary drainage and grading revisions to provide positive drainage throughout the subject site.
