LEVY PARK RENOVATIONS

Gradient Group, LLC provided civil engineering design consulting on the long-awaited renovation of the 5.6-acre Levy Park in the Upper Kirby District. The Upper Kirby Redevelopment Authority’s redevelopment of Levy Park established an exciting, community-focused, mixed-use environment within Houston’s Upper Kirby District. Updates included an improved community garden, expanded dog park, event lawn and performance pavilion, children’s play area, activity lawn with outdoor games, and an interactive water feature. Gradient also designed the surrounding park development to provide safe foot traffic to the park. In addition to all general civil site development engineering, Gradient was also responsible for all utility adjustments and coordination with the City of Houston and private utility companies.
