The Westfield Estates project introduced a new sanitary sewer system designed to improve public health and infrastructure in the community. Gradient Group, LLC was engaged to manage the critical public engagement component, ensuring that residents were well-informed and supported throughout the transition to the new system.
Our team organized comprehensive outreach efforts, sending out hundreds of informative pamphlets detailing connection requirements, benefits, and step-by-step guidance on connecting to the system. To reach all community members, materials were provided in both English and Spanish, reflecting our commitment to inclusive communication. Additionally, we facilitated three large public meetings, each attended by hundreds of residents. These sessions offered an open platform for questions, provided assistance with required documentation, and ensured that all necessary forms were completed, signed, and notarized.
Through these efforts, Gradient Group supported a smooth and informed transition, equipping the Westfield Estates community with the knowledge and resources needed to connect successfully to the new sanitary sewer system.
