Gradient Group, LLC was selected to add a sidewalk path and ADA striping for parking stalls at an existing pool house building at Mason Park. The project assumed various conditions, including the provision of a survey by Gradient, exclusion of platting requirements, inclusion of utility capacity applications, detention requirements, erosion control plans, and the absence of certain permits, analyses, and environmental studies. Assumptions also encompassed FEMA floodplain delineations and compliance with architectural site plans. Exclusions involved landscape and irrigation plans, wetland permitting, extension of public utilities, structural design, and phasing of plans.
