Cristin Emshoff, ENV SP, is well known as a long-range and strategic developer of Comprehensive Plans, Asset Management Plans, Pavement Management Plans, Capital Improvement Programs (CIP), Bicycle and Pedestrian Operations, Safety Studies, Corridor Studies, and Project Management. Her experience expands in Streetscape, context-sensitive design for public facilities, Intelligent Transportation System planning and evaluation, traffic impact analyses, parking circulation, access assessments, and data assembly and processing consortium of transportation planning and engineering projects. Cristin’s experience includes project coordination with several City, County, and State governmental agencies, including the City of Houston, City of Bellaire, City of Stafford, City of Missouri City Harris County, Fort Bend County, TxDOT, METRO, and H-GAC.
