Stephanie Anderson has more than 13 years of experience in project management, engineering design and consulting. Her wide range of experience has exposed her to nearly every project type, giving her a vast knowledge of permitting requirements for various city and municipal agencies.

A leader in the industry, Ms. Anderson has managed major projects from high-rise office buildings to public infrastructure design. Her engineering career commenced with two summer internships working for the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT); as a design engineer and inspection engineer for TxDOT’s Yoakum District in Victoria. Ms. Anderson’s background also includes drainage, water and sanitary sewer design, franchised utility coordination, grading of commercial and multi-family developments, and paving design.

As a land development engineer, Ms. Anderson has managed major projects from high-rise office buildings to multi-family developments. Her background also includes drainage, water and sanitary sewer, franchised utility coordination, grading of commercial and multi-family developments, and paving design and parking lots.

Ms. Anderson goes to great lengths to provide exceptional client service by effectively managing projects that involve extensive coordination with project architects, subconsultants, general contractors and municipal and state permitting authorities. She has been responsible for multiple land development projects from inception to completion of construction and is accustomed to coordinating multiple design efforts with accelerated schedules.

T. Wayne Holcombe

T. Wayne Holcombe brings more than 30 years of experience within the AEC industry, focused on client development for some of the largest engineering firms in the state. His comprehensive background, coupled with his market knowledge and dedication to improving Texas infrastructure, will enhance Gradient’s recent success of providing civil engineering for local clients, broaden its service lines, and expand the firm’s reach across the state. His extensive relationships with high-level decision makers, policy makers, and elected officials throughout Texas at the State, County and City levels will expedite and keep projects moving forward.

A well-known and highly respected professional in the industry, Mr. Holcombe has a personal and passionate commitment to developing the infrastructure in Texas. With his background as a Transportation Planner, he has been particularly involved in efforts to improve transportation infrastructure on both the municipal and state levels. Prior to joining Gradient, Mr. Holcombe served as the North America Enterprise-Wide Client Development Executive Director for ARCADIS US. In this role he was responsible for the overall client/business development strategy and coordination for Transportation, Water, Buildings and Environmental Business Lines across North America (United States and Canada).

Mr. Holcombe’s qualifications in leading and advancing client strategy are extensive. His wheelhouse is in directing the improvement and implementation of planning and program development for Infrastructure clients. Mr. Holcombe’s personal and enthusiastic approach has set him apart in the industry. He is known as a trusted advisor who actively listens to and assesses the client’s needs, assembles the right team, and who is personally committed to ensuring that the project is delivered to the client’s satisfaction. Mr. Holcombe in a leader and a motivator who lives and breathes to improve the infrastructure in our great state.
